Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number where available.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please:

  2. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages early

Damaged in Transit
