At HEABAL, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened and unused
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Due to the consumable nature of our herbal products, opened or partially used items are not eligible for return.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at info@herbaltechgroup.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or our fulfillment error.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears on your statement.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@herbaltechgroup.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on final sale or with a non-returnable designation
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, the order may have already been processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at info@herbaltechgroup.com if you need to cancel.
